#KiniNews: Malaysia records highest number of new COVID-19 cases with 1,884 cases
The Health Ministry today reported 1,884 new COVID-19 infections, a new record high in daily cases.
The previous record was set on Nov 6 with 1,755 new cases.
The spike was largely contributed by the Teratai cluster which involves workers from Top Glove's factories in Klang.
Selangor made up a majority of the new cases with 1,203 infections. Out of this, 1,067 of them were from the Teratai cluster.
