Kenya back to the brink of violence after two protesters were killed for protesting against the winning of Uhuru Kenyatta.

More police stationed around the capital city of Nairobi and Kisumu Lake side.

In a statement, the deputy police chief Moses Ombati Nairobi said the situation at the squatter settlements in the suburbs is in control.

However in Kisumu the situation is otherwise.

Supporters of former Prime Minister Raila Odinga held a protest by marching down the streets and a clash with the authorities.

The violence claimed two lives while five others were reported injured.

At least seven of them were arrested and face charges of provoking violence.

In 2007, a violent which triggered caused by election results, over a thousand lives were lost.
