Early next month, the MCA will launch a campaign to engage with the grassroots and reach out to voters in facing the 14th General Election, says party president, Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai.

He said the party machinery would give its full commitment and best service possible to voters through this campaign.

"We want to reach out to MCA members and people in our constituencies to encourage them.

"I have appointed Datuk Seri Wee Ka Siong (party deputy president) as election steering committee chairman to face the 14th General Election," he told a press conference after the 13th Central Committee meeting at Wisma MCA here, Saturday.

Commenting further, Liow, who is also transport minister said expansion of the party's transformation was on the right track.
