Despite the internal turmoil of the Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (Bersatu), the question of who the prime ministerial candidate in Pakatan Harapan (PH) is, remains a big question.

When asked by journalists at a press conference at the Bersatu headquarters here today, Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad, however, declined to comment further.

Journalist: "Tun, who is the prime ministerial candidate in Pakatan Harapan?

“On that, I do not know," he replied briefly.

Earlier, PKR president Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim said the party has yet to decide who will be appointed prime minister if PH recaptures Putrajaya.

Anwar said a meeting with 39 members of parliament (MPs) from the party on Thursday did not directly touch on the issue.
