The open criticism by former PAS vice-president Datuk Husam Musa against PAS president Datuk Seri Abdul Hadi Awang and the party is not fair as it may affect the party, said PAS vice-president Datuk Mohd Amar Nik Abdullah.

He said Husam should use the proper channels to voice out his views.

"It is just not right to criticise or hit out at the party and the president openly. We keep saying we have the channels. Tok Guru (the late PAS spiritual leader Datuk Nik Abdul Aziz Nik Mat) had said the party is like your family, so do not expose our domestic issues to the public," he said told reporters after launching a gotong-royong programme at Taman Transit Panji here yesterday.

Mohd Amar was commenting on claims by Husam that Abdul Hadi had admitted to planning to work with UMNO to form a unity government in Selangor.

The disclosure was made through a video recording of a ceramah held at Pasar Kedai Mulong, Kota Bharu which was shared on Husam's Facebook last Friday.
