A US traveller took to Twitter to inform his family and friends that he missed his Malaysia Airlines MH370 flight on Saturday morning.

Known as Kaiden IV with the Twitter handle @KaidenDL, he sent several tweets to say that he is fine. As of press time, his first tweet on March 8 received 334 retweets and 164 favorites.




He admitted getting angry for missing his flight, but felt blessed soon after.



Earlier, it was reported that Jessica Yee Wai Ching also missed her flight after she was confused on her flight date. Thinking that she had to be at the airport on Saturday evening, she immediately packed her bags on Friday evening to catch her flight midnight flight.

However, she managed to call MAS for her flight date to be changed and the MBA student at Tsinghua University is scheduled to leave for Beijing on Monday.

The MH370 Boeing 777-200 aircraft carrying 239 passengers and crew lost contact with the Air Traffic Control Centre in Subang at 2:41 am Saturday, about two hours after takeoff. It was supposed to reach Beijing at 6.30am.
