Trans Resources Corporation Sdn Bhd (TRC) said today it will work closely with and extend its fullest cooperation to the relevant authorities in the probe into the crash of a crane arm onto a car at the LRT extension project route in Subang Jaya last Saturday.

TRC executive chairman Datuk Seri Sufri Mohd Zin said the company would work with authorities such as Syarikat Prasarana Negara Berhad (SPNB) and the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) in the ongoing investigation into the incident.

He said the management and staff of the company expressed their regret for any inconvenience caused to any party as a result of the incident.

"We also will monitor and enhance our safety procedures at site and also will abide by whatever advice and decisions (that are) imposed by the authorities," he said in a statement.

A car parked by the side of a road at USJ2/3 in Subang Jaya, near the Summit shopping centre, was crushed by a crane arm that toppled at the LRT track construction site last Saturday.
No one was injured in the incident.
