Johor Ruler, Sultan Ibrahim Sultan Iskandar has ordered former Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin to have an audience with him today.

A source told Astro AWANI, Muhyiddin is expected to meet the Ruler at 3.30pm at Bukit Serene Palace.

"I was told the Sultan has called him for lunch at the palace, " the source said.

Meanwhile, news portal The Malaysian Insider said the meeting is expected to discuss Muhyiddin's termination from the Cabinet and other issues.

Muhyiddin is also expected to hold meetings with Malay NGOs in Johor at 5pm in a hotel in Senai, Johor.

On Sunday, Muhyiddin officiated UMNO Kluang Division annual general meeting, the first meeting he officiated after being dropped from the Cabinet.

He said as the MP for Pagoh for 37 years, he had served the people well and the residents of Pagoh could lay testimony to his achievements.
