NH Prima International Sdn Bhd aims to triple its overseas sales to RM15 million next year, supported by its soon-to-be opened store in London.

Director Noor Neelofa Mohd Noor, who is also an actress and TV host, said the company raked in an average RM5 million in overseas sales via its online platform.

"I hope the new store in Chelsea, London, which will commence business next month, will further boost our international sales," she told reporters here today after attending a press conference by the Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation (Matrade) on 'CelebExports' here today.

Currently, Naelofar Hijab's scarf collection is sold online to more than 37 countries including France, United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, Saudi Arabia, Norway, the United Arab Emirates, Singapore and Brunei.

Noor Neelofa, or fondly known as Neelofa, said last year the company registered RM50 million in sales with the international market accounting for 10 percent of its revenue.

Making its presence in September 2014, Naelofar Hijab's collection of ready-to-wear head scarves was fast gaining popularity among locals.

Noor Neelofa added that Matrade had been crucial in her business venture including the setting up of the company's first store outside Malaysia.
