Mudah.my Properties plans to collaborate with property developers to offer more new houses for sale on its platform.

At present, second hand properties dominate the list, with about 160,000 listed for sale compared with only about 12,000 new properties while the rest like commercial properties were for rental.

Mudah.my Sdn Bhd Chief Executive Officer Gaurav Bhasin said the company was in the midst of talking to developers.

"At the moment, we are more involved in the affordable housing segment but we are looking at offering houses across all segments," he said after the launch of the "Eazy Peazy" music video today.

Mudah.my Properties has over 290,000 properties listed on its website.

Eazy Peazy is an exclusive music video for Mudah.my which captures the convenience and ease of finding the right house in the right neighbourhood along with the right furniture and accessories.

According to data shared by ComScore, a cross-platform measurement company, Mudah.my Properties ranked second with 801,000 users having accessed the portal in May 2017.

Forty-two per cent of the visits are from the Klang Valley, Northern region (19 per cent), Southern region (19 per cent), East Coast (10 per cent) and East Malaysia stood at 10 per cent.

Apart from finding properties for sale and rental, users can also find contacts for renovation services.

Mudah.my has over 170,000 listings under home category and over 60,000 listings services.

All listings will undergo a stringent review process to eliminate duplicate listings and to verifiy agents.

Additionally, all property listings on Mudah property comes with a 60 days expiry date.
