Nudity issue: 'It's not the first time ...' says resident

It is not the first time visitors to a resort in Bentong have stripped naked and acted indecently, as similar incidents have occurred before.

Chairman of the residents' committee there, Rozzana Chung Abdullah, 59, claimed she had seen hundreds of participants bathing in the open, including some who stripped bare during sports event organised there.

3,344 flood victims at 24 evacuation centres in Kelantan this morning

The number of flood victims in Kelantan showed a slight increase as at 8am compared to 3,325, last night.

They are sheltered at 24 evacuation centres in Kota Bharu, Pasir Puteh, Pasir Mas and Kuala Krai.

The Social Welfare Department through its application, infobanjir, said 2,573 people from 712 families are staying at 10 centres in Pasir Puteh and 570 (202 families), in nine centres in Pasir Mas.

Firemen to get more superbikes if necessary - Halimah

The Ministry of Urban Wellbeing, Housing and Local Government will study the need to provide more superbikes to the Fire and Rescue Department (FRD).

Deputy Minister Datuk Halimah Mohamed Sadique said the FRD had been using superbikes since 2003 under the Rapid Intervention Motorcycle programme.

Movie studio Disney on Monday revealed that the next "Star Wars" movie will be called "Star Wars: The Last Jedi," setting off rampant speculation from fans about what the title implied for the plot.

The movie, the second of the sequels set 30 years after the original movie trilogy, will follow the adventures of Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill) and Princess Leia (Carrie Fisher). It had previously been known only as "Episode VIII."
