The American singer is the latest popstar to take on the cosmetics company's crusade against HIV and AIDS as the spokesperson for Viva Glam.

Twenty-one-year-old Miley Cyrus has been named as the latest face of MAC's Viva Glam line. Miley takes over duties from Barbadian singer Rihanna, who also has her own line with the cosmetics company.

Viva Glam Miley Cyrus lipstick in Hot Pink (Amplified) is set to go on sale for $16, while the Lipglass in Hot Pink with Sparkling Pearl will be priced at $15 (RM49). As usual 100% of sales from the Viva Glam products will go to HIV and AIDS research.

The two products will go on sale in North America on January 22, and will then hit international MAC locations on February 12.

MAC founded Viva Glam in 1994 and in the following two decades the initiative has raised almost $340 million for research into the disease. Previous Viva Glam spokespersons include Lady Gaga, Nicki Minaj and Pamela Anderson.
