The actor revealed in Ang Lee's 2012 film has been cast in the fourth season of "Homeland," Entertainment Weekly reports.

After recruiting Corey Stoll, Showtime's political drama has added another rising star to its cast. Suraj Sharma will play a Pakistani medical student in the fourth season of "Homeland."

The Indian actor, who is currently in theaters alongside Jon Hamm in "Million Dollar Arm," will have a recurring role in the coming episodes.

As announced earlier this week, the fourth season of "Homeland" will also feature Corey Stoll in the role of Sandy Bachman, the CIA Chief of Station in Pakistan.

Like Carrie Mathison, the female lead played by Claire Danes, Sandy is something of a rising star at the agency.

The fourth season will premiere this fall, transporting viewers to a new setting in Turkey.

Carrie has accepted a post in Istanbul, where she now heads up of one of the most dangerous CIA stations in the Middle East.

Production is scheduled to begin this month in Cape Town, South Africa.
