The 'kafir harbi' label towards DAP is out of line, said Pertubuhan Pribumi Perkasa (Perkasa) President Datuk Ibrahim Ali.

"Although we do not agree on a number of things with DAP, we feel that the label is not appropriate," said Ibrahim when met today.

He added the statement should be rectified in order to prevent it from tarnishing the image of Islam.

"We do not want such statements to reflect Islam," said Ibrahim.

On Thursday, Pahang Mufti Datuk Seri Dr. Abdul Rahman Osman said it is a sin to be working together with DAP.
