After two videos issued last month directly by the Capitol, followed by two "living portraits" of Peeta and Joanna last week, the latest teaser trailer for "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1" has been unveiled.

After its exclusive premiere at Comic-Con in San Diego, the new video is now available on YouTube.

Until now, the videos and posters for the new movie took the form of propaganda for the Capitol. While perhaps less realistic, the new teaser trailer offers a closer look at what's really going on in the districts.

In "Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1," Jennifer Lawrence returns as Katniss, who steps up to fight alongside her countrymen in the rebellion. Liam Hemsworth ("Expendables 2") and the late Philip Seymour Hoffman ("The Master") also play members of the uprising against the Capitol.

Josh Hutcherson and Jena Malone, meanwhile, play Peeta and Joanna, who are being held captive by the Capitol and forced to pose for propaganda designed to quell the revolt.

The new video shows Plutarch Heavensbee (Philip Seymour Hoffman) attempting to convince the District 13 President Alma Coin (Julianne Moore) that the rebellion cannot succeed without Katniss.

Part 1 of "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay" will arrive in theaters on November 21. Part 2 is due for release on November 20, 2015.
