Indonesian president Joko Widodo (Jokowi) is expected to announce his cabinet line-up with 34 ministries.

This means that Jokowi is using the cabinet composition which he announced last month.

However, on October 10 he announced that the number of ministries will be reduced to 33 with four coordinating ministries.

According to news portal Kompas.com, former deputy of Jokowi-Jusuf Kalla transition team said that Jokowi’s cabinet is 99 percent complete.

When met by reporters at the Istana Merdeka, he said that the positions have been filled by the respective candidates.

The ministries is divided under four coordinating ministries: Coordinating Ministry for Legal, Political and Security Affairs, the Coordinating Ministry for the Economy, the Coordinating Ministry for Maritime, Natural Resources and Environment and the Coordinating Ministry for Human and Socio-Cultural Development.
