DAP's Kepong MP Dr Tan Seng Giaw said today that it was not difficult to contact him despite reports saying that he is incommunicado with the party's leadership.

“How difficult is it to get me? Was it difficult? You got me. How many times you called me? Once, and you got me.

"I don’t see how I am not contactable. I’ve answered your question,” he said when contacted by Astro AWANI today.

Dr Tan was responding to Penang Chief Minister and DAP secretary-general Lim Guan Eng’s claim that the former has been incommunicado since early this year.

Lim also said that the matter would be dealt with internally.

The matter cropped up after Lim was asked about Dr Tan’s Facebook post on Sunday that Penang, especially Balik Pulau is becoming ‘less green’.

Dr Tan had said importance should be given to maintaining forest and green area.

Lim, however, reportedly declined to comment on the matter.
