With reporters raining questions down on her, Teluk Intan DAP candidate Dyana Sofya Mohd Daud lately has, more often than not, chosen to be silent.

Instead, the questions are being mostly answered by other more senior DAP leaders.

Disappointed media personnel had noted that in more than one occasion, DAP advisor Lim Kit Siang had himself stepped in to answer a number of questions that was specifically intended for Dyana.

This was more clearly seen on Tuesday at a press conference at the DAP operations room in Teluk Intan when reporters asked about former DAP vice-chairman Tunku Abdul Aziz Tunku Ibrahim.

Tunku Abdul Aziz had quit the party after allegedly getting disillusioned in 2012 and had turned hostile, strongly criticising his former party.

“I don’t want to talk about Tunku Aziz's story. There’s must be other things that we would like to tell,” Lim told reporters today.

Media personnel met by Astro AWANI said that it was time for DAP to allow the people to judge for themselves the capability of their candidate, in answering all issues that crops up.

“With an education in law, for sure the DAP candidate is able to speak and answer questions well,” said a reporter.
