"Che Det, you are not alone" - Che Ta

Malaysian actress, Rozita Che Wan has expressed her undivided support for Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad saying that he is not alone in his tenacious effort to unveil the truth behind the issues linked to Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak.

In the latest Instagram post, Rozita whose fondly known as Che Ta admitted that people are rallying and showing their support for Dr Mahathir.

“Tun is not alone … we are behind him. But we have no importance, who will listen to our voices,” said Che Ta.

On Monday, Dr Mahathir expressed his disappointment on his blog (www.chedet.cc) citing he has been alone in his critics towards Najib's leadership.

Dr Mahathir was quoted saying the question concerning the debt-stricken 1Malaysia Development Bhd (1MDB) remains unanswered and many quarters are left in the dark on the murder of Mongolian model-translator, Altantuya Shaariibuu in 2006.

The country’s 'numero uno' singer, Datuk Siti Nurhaliza Tarudin viewed Dr Mahathir as a countryman who had weathered many storms to be a world icon.

Her latest Instagram post saw Siti expressing her awe at Dr Mahathir’s charisma and stated Dr Mahathir 'is not alone'.

“Love u Tun and I will always be with Tun … We must appreciate and follow in the footsteps of Tun’s leadership history in facing adversities to develop Malaysia to be known in the eyes of the world,” said Siti in the post.

A quick check by Astro AWANI revealed that at Press time, the post which the singer uploaded on April 14 has received more than 17,000 likes and 700 comments.

Many voiced their support for Siti apart from showing their support for Dr Mahathir.

Prior to this, Dr Mahathir said that Najib would be the benchmark for the future of UMNO.

Dr Mahathir was quoted saying that if UMNO lose later, the situation would be irreparable.

Dr Mahathir admitted that it was not easy for him to write the criticisms on his blog if not for the future of the nation and country.

ASEAN gesa patuhi konsensus lima perkara

Perdana Menteri, Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim tidak mahu terlibat dengan perbincangan membabitkan titah tambahan berhubung tahanan di rumah membabitkan bekas Perdana Menteri, Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak.

Anwar berkata, ini kerana perkara itu merupakan di bawah bidang kuasa Lembaga Pengampunan Wilayah Persekutuan dan juga melibatkan Yang di-Pertuan Agong dan Raja-Raja Melayu.
