At exactly 7.57am today, Mohamed Azmin Ali clocked in at his new job as Selangor's 15th Menteri Besar at the State Secretariat.

Dressed in a dark suit, the 50-year-old Bukit Antarabangsa assemblyman arrived at the Selangor headquarters at 7.50am. He was greeted by Selangor state secretary Datuk Mohammed Khusrin Munawi and employees of the Menteri Besar office.

Mohammed Khusrin gave a short briefing to Mohamed Azmin on the Menteri Besar office that was located on Level 21.

Mohamed Azmin, who is also Gombak MP and PKR deputy president, took the reigns from Port Klang assemblyman Tan Sri Abdul Khalid Ibrahim who helmed Selangor for six years since 2008.
