Owners of vehicles and vehicle components which were sent to the workshop belonging to a family of four suspected to be involved in the killing of four people in Jalan Pahang here, retrieved them today.

Tapah District Police chief Supt Som Sak Din Keliaw said the items taken out of the workshop were not exhibits of the case.

"The vehicle owners came to the workshop yesterday evening to get permission to retrieve their property when the suspect was taken to the location," he said when contacted here.

He said the suspect's 23-year-old daughter was also taken to the scene of the incident to monitor work to take out the vehicles and components involved and feeding the family dogs, chicken and ducks.

A Bernama visit to the location saw three lorries and a crane loading and moving the vehicles and components from 11.30 am to 1.30 pm.

The suspect's daughter, who was seen entering the location on a motorcycle at 1 pm accompanied by a women Social Welfare Department officers and two policemen, spent about 30 minutes monitoring the process of taking out the vehicles and components.

She was seen returning to the location of the incident at 2.30 pm to feed the animals reared by her family.
