Sibu police bust gang of snatch thieves
Initial investigations revealed the gang preyed on women and senior citizens.
SIBU: The police have busted a gang of snatch thieves with the arrest of three people recently.

Sibu police chief ACP Mohd Kamal Kordi said the suspects aged between 20 and 31 belonged to the 'Sentose Gang' which was linked to 13 snatch theft cases here.
"We have recovered bags, money, driving licences and automated teller machine (ATM) cards from the suspects," he told reporters at a Hari Raya Aidiladha reception in the compound of the Sibu police headquarters here today.

He said initial investigations revealed the gang preyed on women and senior citizens, adding that another member who still at large. 

Mohd Kamal said the suspects were drug addicts.
