The two-day 1Malaysia People's Housing Project (PR1MA) open house at the PR1MA sales office site in Metrocity here offers detailed information to those eligible and interested to purchase PR1MA houses, especially around the city here.

Explanation is given on a one-to-one basis, starting from the feasibility review to the legal preparation to sign the sales and purchase agreement and loan deal if all the proceedings run smoothly.

Currently the PR1MA housing projects being offered is around Matang area which offers about 900 units of houses and in Bintawa, another 1,320 units, while a proposed project in Semenggoh, about 20 km from here is being studied.
