The Federal Territory Day, is a state holiday for the Federal Territories in Malaysia including Kuala Lumpur, Labuan and Putrajaya.

The date marks the anniversary of formation of the Kuala Lumpur Federal Territory on February 1, 1974.

Labuan was made into Federal Territory on April 16,1984 while on February 1, 2001, Putrajaya became Malaysia's third Federal Territory.
