Police detained four suspects after uncovering a drug-processing lab which produced over 70kg of syabu in a special drug bust around Gopeng, Perak Monday.

Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar said in the raid by the Bukit Aman (Federal Police) Special Tactical Intelligence Narcotics Group (STING), various drug-processing paraphernalia were also seized.

"Congratulations to STING @PDRMsia arresting four suspects, uncovered syabu-processing laboratory in Gopeng, Perak. Seize materials that can produce over 70kg of syabu #GoPDRMGo," he said in his official Twitter here Monday.

Khalid also congratulated the Bukit Aman Special Tactical Squad for Anti-Vice, Gambling and Gangsterism (STAGG) for their success in arresting 369 guest relations officers (GRO) and masseuses, in addition to detaining 703 suspects and seizing 4,422 gaming computers in nationwide operations.
