KUALA LUMPUR:The pro tem committee of Parti Pejuang Tanah Air (Pejuang) has urged the Home Minister and the Registrar of Societies (RoS) to make a clear and immediate decision over the party's registration.

Pejuang secretary-general Datuk Amiruddin Hamzah has called for the approval of the party's official registration according to legal principles, saying it has been more than two months since the submission of the written and online application of the registration to RoS.

Seven actions had been taken by Pejuang including writing a letter to Home Minister Datuk Seri Hamzah Zainudin on the status of the registration application, he said in a statement today.

The statement also lists the application process in chronological order, among which it stated that the party submitted a complete written and online application by hand to the RoS director-general Masyati Abang Ibrahim on August 19.

In addition, it also submitted an amended party constitution to RoS on Oct 2 following the amendments proposed by the registrar.
