The Public Accounts Committee (PAC) investigation of 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) is comprehensive and conducted by a balanced committee under the jurisdiction of parliament.

PAC member Datuk Nawawi Ahmad said the tabling of the report is democracy at its best and shows the integrity of the Malaysian parliament.

"The committee (PAC) comprising members of parliament from Barisan Nasional and the Opposition have unanimously agreed that no money or fund is missing.

"They also concluded there are no elements of crime or abuse of public or government funds as alleged," the Langkawi Member of Parliament said in a statement today.
