A video of a ‘headless’ man in Ipoh became viral in the last few days after it was uploaded on the Internet recently.

In the 12 seconds video, a man is filmed from the back is seen walking when suddenly his head disappears.

Since it went viral, many people have questioned the video, prompting talks that it was not genuine and was heavily edited.

Astro AWANI managed to track the man in the video, K. Vellu, 45, who said he has been suffering from the problem for the last three years.

“Many people were shocked, some even would brake suddenly when they see me especially during the night time,” he said when met.

“Some would take photo, video, I know many people know about me through the Internet because people would come to me and ask what happened to me,” he said adding that in many instances, people would scream out of fear when they see him.

He said he is also used to some people making fun of him and his physical appearance.

Vellu said he is also tired of seeking help to correct his neck structure as even medical doctors were unable to identify his condition.

Vellu who is from Bidor believes his condition was caused by ‘black magic’.

“This must be black magic by someone as even doctors don’t know what is wrong with me and even my neck cannot be strengthened or adjusted,” he said.

“I have given up. If can, please stop taking pictures of me,” he pleads.

Velu who is unmarried is often seen around Ipoh town.
