The Malaysia Higher Education Blueprint 2015-2025, which will be tabled this March, will be the key towards transforming and improving the quality of higher education in the country, said Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak.

He said the blueprint was presented at the weekly Cabinet meeting Wednesday.

"God willing, I'm confident it will improve performance in the nation's higher education sector," the prime minister said in his latest post on his Facebook page and Twitter account, Wednesday night.

Last Sunday, Higher Education Department director-general, Prof Datuk Dr Asma Ismail said the blueprint aims, among others to transform and improve the standard of higher education in the country.

"This plan will determine the quality of our graduates, in addition to polishing the talent of our students and lecturers," said Dr Asma.
