The remains of Datin Habibah Mahmud, the wife of the Malaysian High Commissioner to Pakistan, who was killed in a helicopter crash in the Naltar Valley, Pakistan yesterday, is expected to be buried in Batu Pahat, Johor.

According to a family member, who wished to remain anonymous, her remains was expected to arrive in Malaysia by tomorrow or Monday.

However he declined to be interviewed further as he was still shocked over the fate that befallen Habibah, who was among the six victims of the helicopter crash.

Habibah's husband, Datuk Dr Hasrul Sani Mujtabar, was injured in the mishap and currently receiving treatment at Gilgit Hospital.

The helicopter was carrying foreign diplomats and their spouses in an official programme of the Pakistan government.
