Limbang, Sarawak turned into a chaotic affair this morning, when a four meter crocodile found crawling on the street.

Limbang Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba) chief Tawang Linggem said he was notified about the incident following a distress call at around 7.36am.

A rescue team and utility vehicle was dispatched to the location.

According to Linggem, after arriving at the site, his team found the reptiles crawling on the street and appeared to be severely stressed.
Crocodile

"Considering its aggressive behaviour, the team spent about 30 minutes to capture the crocodile by covering its eyes and mouth.

The crocodile is now stationed at the Limbang Fire and Rescue Department before being handed over to another authority that will become responsible for it.
