There were also no signs of injuries on the woman and does not want investigations to continue.

Meanwhile, the woman in a video released said that her housemates were joking and urged the public not to create an issue over the incident.

“They were just joking with me. I am not staying with my children so they take care of me,” said the victim in Tamil.

Netizens however think otherwise and believe that the victim could have been threatened and pressured by the bullies into issuing such statement.

Meanwhile, Puchong MIC division Youth chief Subash Chandra Bose told Malaysiakini that they have visited the woman.

Subash has instructed MIC Youth members in Cheras to keep a close eye on her and to also assist as she is not doing well, financially and health-wise.
