A dozen motorcycles destroyed in fire at Flat Sri Sentosa

KUALA LUMPUR: Twelve motorcycles, parked at a parking area at Block D of the Flat Sri Sentosa in Old Klang Road here, were destroyed, believed to have been set ablaze early this morning.

Kuala Lumpur Fire and Rescue Department chief of the operations centre, Samsol Maarif Saibani said five firemen from the Fire and Rescue Station of Bukit Jalil with an engine rushed to the scene after receiving a call at 5.20am.
"They arrived 20 minutes later and found five of the 12 motorcycles totally burnt while seven others were partially damaged," he said.

Samsol Maarif said the Fire and Rescue Department was investigating the incident and urged those with information to contact the nearest police station.
