A video featuring a commotion between a car driver and several members of a congregation at Austin Perdana mosque in Johor Bahru, has caused uproar among social media users.

According to the police report made by an eye witness, Khairul Azlan Ab. Salam, 29, the commotion started after the owner of a car continued honking at some people for parking their cars by the road side and inadvertently caused delay in the traffic.

His action has angered the congregation who came out of the mosque to teach him a lesson.

The driver had allegedly rammed into several pedestrians, including a man in his 50s.

The action led to a group of people from the mosque became angry and smashed the car.

Police Operations Room Setia Indah confirmed the incident and investigations are underway.
