The case to extradite founder and editor of Sarawak Report, Clare Rewcastle Brown, to Malaysia will be filed at the United Kingdom court, said Deputy Inspector-General of Police Datuk Seri Noor Rashid Ibrahim.

"There are processes to go through and we will table the facts of our case in their court.

"However, if the case is dismissed by the court, we will respect the decision," he said in Bukit Aman here today.

Noor Rashid was met by reporters after accompanying Deputy Home Ministers Datuk Nur Jazlan Mohamed and Masir Anak Kujat who were on a working visit to the police headquarters.

Meanwhile, police have obtained a warrant of arrest for Rewcastle Brown from the Kuala Lumpur Court.

The arrest warrant was issued for offences under Section 124B and 124I of the Penal Code for activities detrimental to parliamentary democracy.
