Angered by his younger sister's abusive remarks, a 15-year-old boy, believed to have been under the influence of syabu allegedly stabbed her with a knife at their home in Sik.

The 14-year-old victim sustained a stab wound in the chest in the 5.30am incident Tuesday in Batu 49, Kampung Chepir.

The girl was taken to the Sik Hospital before she was transferred to the Sultanah Bahiyah Hospital here.
