Keanu Reeves, Jim Carrey and Suki Waterhouse have all been lined up to star in "The Bad Batch" directed by Ana Lily Amirpour.

Actor Jason Momoa has also been confirmed as a cast member, reports Deadline, while Amirpour is also writing the screenplay.

The love story, from Annapurna Pictures and VICE, will be set in the wastelands of Texas and production is set to start in Los Angeles in April.

Amipour is known for her directorial debut "A Girl Walks Home Along at Night," for which she won a Gotham Award.
